The new pool is now open, featuring a sun shelf! Keep it beachy at this fun & centrally-located place. Enjoy sitting on the balcony, a very short walk to catch a beach sunset or go on a boat in John's Pass Village. After a great day of activities, relax in this condo w/ equipped kitchen. The main bedroom is has a king bed and attached bath, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and guest bath nearby. We provide beach equipment & heated pool! Come relax and have fun!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is on the 2nd floor of the building and from the balcony, you can even see a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Once you enter the building you will access the condo through an interior hallway and enter into the living space. The kitchen is located next to the living room with dining seating for 4. The two bedrooms are split, one on either side of the living area. The master bedroom has an attached bath and also has a sliding door to access the balcony.

The beach access is directly across the street and a short walk, probably 1 minute. You will have access to the pool and hot tub, fitness center, elevators and parking for 1 vehicle. You can easily walk to a large variety of restaurants and bars, water activities and more.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This condo building is in heart of it all. It is directly across from the beach, with easy access within a 2-3 minute walk, a block from John's Pass Boardwalk and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski's, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing. If you want something laid back, do not be concerned! You can relax on the beach or enjoy the peaceful views of the marina from your private balcony.

This condo is walking distance to almost everything Madeira Beach has to offer. There is one parking spot included, but they are strict about only allowing one car. If you need to park an extra car, there are multiple paid garages and lots in the area. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here, so if you choose not to rent a car you should be just fine.
- Absolutely no smoking, on balcony or indoors
- Responsible party to book must be 25 years or older
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am, this includes music, loud voices, etc
- Must follow all posted rules for common areas, pool, etc
