LIVING AREA

Enter to high ceilings and recessed lighting that continues throughout the home, along with plenty of closet space for your hiking boots. The open concept space is lined with large windows, offering a constant view of the water. We keep you cozy with thermostat controls on every floor.

Gather before the 55 TV for cozy screen time on the couch.

Head downstairs to enter an impressive TV room with 55 flat screen, surround sound, and a comfy sectional.

KITCHEN & DINING

Any modern chef will feel at home among the kitchen's spacious countertops and sleek wooden cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances include an electric stove/oven, Miele refrigerator, and a built-in dishwasher. Counter barstools create a perfect breakfast spot or cocktail station, followed by a dining area with table seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Steps lead up to a quiet sitting space to get creative with a view. The queen-size master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom sits at the top of the stairs, welcoming you with a grand bay view. Youll look for excuses to shower in this master bathroom, outfitted with a heated bench and five surrounding shower heads.

Across the hall is a second bedroom with a full-size Murphy bed, plenty of storage space to unpack, and a built-in desk perfect for journaling or replying to emails.

The 3rd bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a wide window that invites in natural light. The en-suite bathroom is complete with tub/shower combination.

A half bath is conveniently located just beyond the living area.

OUTDOOR AREA

Beyond its spacious interior, this home grants access to the great outdoors. Stairs in the backyard lead straight to the calming bay waters.

Fire up two charcoal grills on the patio, accessible from the living area. Step out on the patio with two chairs for a breath of fresh air.

Rent a ride at Bike Barn Rentals (10 minutes) before heading to Battle Point Park for the paths, duck pond, and 5-star playground for the kids.

Dogs and beginners love the hiking trails at Grand Forest (5 min).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
