Seaside Sanctuary | Pet Friendly, Beach Front!

Seaside Sanctuary is a large two-story home located on the beachfront in Half Moon Beach with a private walkover to the beach. This stunning home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths for the convenience of our guests. This home has direct beach access and is just steps from the beach. Have your morning coffee on the expansive deck while enjoying a breathtaking view of the Gulf. It is truly a Seaside Sanctuary with so many amenities, including multiple TVs, WIFI  throughout the home, a large open floor plan, and a well-stocked kitchen with premium appliances. This home has a beautiful walk-out balcony on two levels that feature a full view of the Gulf of Mexico and a private walk-over to the beachfront is convenient for the day at the beach.

The enormous living/dining/kitchen open concept area features a large island with seating for 6 at the island. The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded stainless steel appliances, a large gas stove, and all of the kitchen tools necessary for meal preparation. This kitchen has a large workspace, a large refrigerator, and more than enough cooking instruments, including pots and pans, kitchen tools, bakeware, dishes, serving platters, and all types of glassware for drinking. The dining area features a long table with seating for 8 guests. Everyone can enjoy a movie with ample seating in the living area. The main living area also has a 1/2 bath for the convenience of the guests.

Sleeping accommodations at Seaside Sanctuary include 1 bedroom on the main level with a private bath. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The 1/2 bath for guest use is also located on the main level.  The upper level of the home features 3 bedrooms with two full baths. The primary bedroom on the upper level features a king bed (sleeps 2), a TV, and a walk-out balcony for a full beach view. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with a separate soaking tub and step-in shower. The second bedroom on the upper level also features a queen bed (sleeps 2), a TV, and a walk-out balcony to the deck where guests may enjoy morning coffee and a full view of the beach. The third bedroom on the upper level is a bunk room featuring two sets of Twin over Full over Twin trundle bunks (room sleeps 8). The second and third bedrooms share a full bath with dual vanity and tub/shower combination. More than enough room for a group of 14 guests.

Age Requirement is 25+ *Sorry, No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones.


HALF MOON BEACH

Half Moon Beach is located on Galveston's West End, on the beachside, about 19 miles from town, between West of Sea Isle and East of Pointe West.

This home is pet-friendly. 2 pets are allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, City Police and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.


EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Perfect Property!
House was everything that was advertised and then some. Very clean, great location, great amenities and layout. Worked very well for our family, we will be staying here again. Only negative was that it could use more bath towels, trash bags, and paper towels/toilet paper. This is on the management company though and not the property itself. Thankfully I had read that in another review so packed extra to get us through the week.

Great home with easy beach access
Very comfortable, spacious home, updated home. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the large dining room table and kitchen island seating. Bathrooms were lovely, modern, spacious. Furniture was comfortable. Covered deck was excellent. Downstairs concrete area and yard were great gathering spots for grilling and cornhole (we brought our own set). Did see a few cockroaches inside the home. Primary bedroom comforter was worn and held together with safety pins in one spot. Wine fridge not working. Kitchen sink was a bit leaky. The beach that the home is on does allow vehicles so be aware of that. Overall a great home and we would stay there again.

The house was perfect for everyone including the dogs with its fenced in area. Great view! Spacious rooms, large dinning table and the best kitchen island ever! Living room set up perfect for big group. Lovely decor. Very well stocked kitchen-everything you could possibly need.! Best house we have ever rented. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
