Sunday check in ALLOWED except 4th Sunday of each month.
Hill's Hideaway is located inside Paradise Pointe which is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL/TN/GA. Our 1 & only memorabilia rental that has a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW & is nestled beneath pool house deck! Kitchen, living room (TV-Dish Satellite), 1 bedroom (king bed) 1 bathroom (shower/tub combo), outdoor gas grill etc. Maximum 2 guests!!! HOT TUB!! Walk just a few feet to our HUGE INDOOR POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck. 19 rentals at Paradise Pointe and they all have access to the pool house. Walk our hiking trail to the tristate corner of AL/TN/GA & be in 3 states at once. Paradise Pointe has 2 small basketball courts, horse shoes, an open pavilion with 12 picnic tables & another viewing deck for all our guests to enjoy! Kayak rental available!

HIll's Hideaway is our only rental at Paradise Pointe that has memorabilia for you to enjoy looking at! PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH! We have pictures of all our memorabilia so if you take or break anything your credit card will be charged after your departure!

WIFi is hard to access inside Hill's Hideaway since it is nestled beneath pool house deck. You should be able to get wifi outside or in the pool house.

1/2 of the payment will be due when booked (plus VRBO's service fee), if you book through our website there is not a service fee, the other 1/2 will automatically be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. If your check in date is less than 30 days away , both payments will be due the day you book.

Cancellation Policy! 100% refund minus $50 processing fee if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund of total reservation (minus the service fee) if you cancel 31-59 days before arrival day. NO REFUND if you cancel 30 days or less before arrival day.

Do not smoke inside rental/smoking allowed outside/do not throw butts on ground.

Amazing view and top notch communication

The view is amazing from the hot tub. While there on our second visit to this place, the remote batteries died. Sent a message to the owner, within 10 minutes there was replacement batteries left at the front door. Must see place. Spacious for two ppl. A great getaway for alone time.

Looking for a quick get-a-way for you and your spouse, check it out.

Great place for a quick get-a-way and short stay with your spouse. The view is amazing, the hot tub is private (for the most part), and it’s fairly quiet. Check in process is smooth and painless. Now for the not so pretty. I would definitely go back again with my spouse for a 2 night stay as a quick get away etc. it is located below the pool and pool house. There are small puddles of water scattered throughout the location from the over head leakage etc. not a huge issue, just something to be aware of. The overhead noise Of ppl swimming and running would be an issue if you’re a late sleeper. Wasn’t an issue for us as we get up fairly early. Cleanliness 1-10, I'd give it a strong 7. Will definitely be back at some point for a short stay. Like I said. The view, is top notch. Check it out.

Million Dollar View, Reasonable Price

We had a few issues during our stay, but the property managers were very quick to fix whatever they could and to make our stay more enjoyable. The view is amazing. Close enough to Chattanooga to go in for the day, but you may not want to leave! The hideaway is larger than the pictures make it look. Great view of the lake from the hot tub! Excellent pool house! Wifi didn't work at all, but not a big deal if you have unlimited data. Worked well in the pool house and on the pool deck.
