Enjoy alfresco dining on the front porch and smart TVs in both bedrooms. A short stroll will take you to the beach for sun-kissed days by the waves. Discover activities and attractions along the boardwalk. Head 1.5 miles to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, featuring roller coasters and a water park. Or drive 4.5 miles to Baja Amusements, a 10-acre fun park offering family-friendly activities such as go-karts and mini-golf. Drive 3 miles to Isle of Wight, a wildlife preserve with diverse birdlife, picnic areas, kayaking spots, as well as piers for crabbing and fishing.

Kick back on the sleeper sofa and two armchairs in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the electric fireplace and settle in to stream a movie on the smart TV (guests must use their own accounts). Prepare favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an array of appliances and helpful gadgets. Things to Know

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
