Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

No boats, trailers, or box trucks

Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $500 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

With keyless entry, we rarely have to meet guests but are always available at a moments notice shall any issues arise.
You can't beat the location, situated in the heart of desirable Avondale, just five minutes to downtown Charleston and twenty minutes to the beach! Not to mention, Avondale is a favorite location for easy walking to shops and fun restaurants.
There are two parking spaces right in front of the home. Walking Distance to tons of restaurants and bars, and by walking distance the best Desert Bar in Charleston, Kaminsky's is literally across the street! Harris Teeter is less than a qtr mile away.
