Experience the ultimate coastal living in our stunning two-story beach cottage, ideally located just two blocks from the Coronado Ferry Landing and the tranquil San Diego Bay. Built in 2016, this coastal transitional 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers an inviting open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and expansive pocketing windows/doors that invite the fresh ocean breeze right into your living space.

Step inside to discover a spacious gourmet kitchen equipped with a large marble quartz island, an indoor wine cooler, and bar seating. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a dining area that opens onto a covered outdoor patio, complete with a gas grill, a mini fridge, a cozy gas firepit, and enchanting twinkle lights—perfect for alfresco dining and lively entertaining.

If dining out is more your style, a leisurely 5-minute walk takes you to Orange Avenue, where a variety of delectable dining options await. Alternatively, a short 1.1-mile stroll leads to the bustling heart of Coronado’s Orange Avenue, near the iconic Hotel del Coronado, offering an array of additional eateries and vibrant local scenes.

Upstairs, the private quarters feature three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and access to two balconies as well as a rooftop retreat. Here, relax by the firepit and enjoy frequent firework displays, unobstructed sunsets, and panoramic views of the San Diego skyline, the majestic Coronado Bridge, Mexico, and Point Loma.

Accommodate overnight guests with ease using our sleeper sofa, which allows the house to sleep up to 8 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a two-car garage with space for one vehicle, and access to our sleek black 4-seater electric golf cart. Feel like a local as you explore the island, or enjoy the sun with our four bikes and a one-person kayak.

Light housekeeping will be provided once in the middle of your stay. If you desire more frequent I can provide my housekeeper's contact number.

Make your stay even more convenient with the FREE CORONADO SUMMER SHUTTLE, available through Labor Day. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes and stops at key locations throughout the island, ensuring you have easy access to all that Coronado has to offer.
