This home has a hot tub, exclusive neighborhood pool, and includes SHARC passes to access the community aquatic center. Additionally, snow sports on Mt. Bachelor and exciting dining, shopping, outdoor recreation, and breweries in nearby Bend, Oregon are both 20 minutes away.

Two bedrooms (king and queen), one full bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. Two twin bunk beds, another bathroom, and an additional sitting area with TV are in the upstairs loft. The home has a wraparound porch complete with grill and private hot tub. Eight SHARC passes are included for unlimited access to the aquatic center (pools, lazy river, and splash pads), tubing hill, disc golf, tennis and pickleball courts, and boat launch. Please note that there may be some restrictions/limitations to SHARC access due to COVID-19. Please check with the SHARC for current hours of operation.

The Village (shopping, restaurants, brewery, bike/ski/snowboard rentals, coffee, and more), SHARC, community park/playground, Nature Center and Observatory, and bike paths are easily accessible from the home on foot, by bike, or by car. Other opportunities for outdoor fun nearby include fishing, hiking, rafting, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.
