I brought my family with me for a business trip. They played while I worked. Overall, it was wonderful for our family with 2 small children. Everything was clean and well kept. The owners were fantastic with providing a high chair and toys for the kids to play with during our stay. The unit is quite large and worked very well for our needs. We ran into an issue with not being able to enter the unit when we arrived, but they were quick to show up and let us in and were very apologetic and even gave us a gift card for a restaurant across the street. They were easy to contact and great at communicating. The only other issue that we ran into with this unit is that only street parking is available, and a few times during our stay we had to park further away than we would have preferred, especially with small kids. Overall, we were very pleased, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable space

We absolutely loved our visit at this location. The space was gorgeous and much larger than it appears in the photos. The furniture (beds, couches, etc) were all comfortable. There is a deep tub for luxurious baths next to the shower. We loved that there were items for our 2-year-old as well. It was easy to find free parking near the location, and it is in a great neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive when we contacted them. As other commenters have noted, there was some noise from movement upstairs. In the primary bedroom, this was a non-issue. But it was much louder in the smaller bedroom. This went late into the night and then early in the morning. So it may be strategic to put a heavy sleeper in the small bedroom and lighter sleepers in the primary bedroom. Overall, we were very impressed with the space and would love to stay here again.

Lots of space and great location.

Plenty of room for four adults (though be mindful the second bedroom is small). Comfortable beds and great common space. Easy parking out front!

An excellent return visit

We have rented a few houses in the Lakeshore area and this one is our favorite. Although it is close to a busy street, it very quiet except for an occasional creak from the apartment above. The kitchen is new and the master bath is updated . It is an elegant house with tall ceilings, large rooms and modern furniture.

Spacious and comfortable!

Sarah was a great host, and the rental is a spacious, well-stocked, clean, comfortable flat in a convenient location. Would definitely stay there again.

A Gem

This property had everything we needed. It was extremely clean and very spacious. Sarah was so accommodating. We ended up booking an additional night last minute, and she was so gracious to work with us. For anyone concerned about street noise or the upper floor tenants, its located in a metropolitan community. It's not the quiet countryside. The one review I saw was unfair. I don't think I've ever stayed in a better place. We regularly book VRBO rentals all over the country. Great food nearby and just a short drive to San Francisco.

Mixed Feelings

The property was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. It is spacious and nicely decorated. There were two downsides to our stay. The first was the use of dryer sheets that were heavily scented. We don't use scented products in our home so this was irritating. The second issue was the noise. That street noise was anticipated and was about what I had expected. However, the noise from the upstairs unit was excessive during the evening hours. The words to music or TV playing were discernable in our unit and the footsteps and moving of chairs were jarring. We live in a single-family home and are immune from such noise. If you are an apartment dweller, you may not be as surprised as we were. Finally, the location initially display on the VRBO site for this property was many blocks away from its actual location.
