The home is located in the fishing capital of the world so be sure to bring your boat and jet skis because this home has a 50ft concrete dock with a 15,000 lb boat lift and a davit for jet skis. Via the wide, deep canal you will have easy and immediate access to the Florida Bay and convenient access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek. After a successful day of fishing you will come home to a lovely outdoor living area to unwind and relax while watching boats go by. Head inside and cook your fresh catch in the fully stocked and updated kitchen that features granite, stainless steel appliances, and even a wine cooler. The open living plan allows for the cook to never miss a beat and still be a part of the fun! The home features three spacious bedrooms with sleeping for 8 as well as three beautifully updated bathrooms.

Not a fisherman? No problem! The home is located only 4 miles from Founders park that sits right on the Florida Bay and features a beautiful beach, pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts and much more!

Within walking distance you will find some amazing restaurants such as Old Tavernier is that has been a local’s favorite since 1988. You can also walk to enjoy an amazing brunch at Made-to-Order and indulge in waffles, pancakes, and mimosas! Florida Keys Dive Center is also right across the street where you can become a certified scuba diver or head out for an afternoon snorkeling trip!
