Throughout this home, you’ll notice one-of-a-kind light fixtures and unique furnishings. The living room features a sofa and four side chairs. Sit back and enjoy a show on the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances, including a six-burner gas stove and a double oven. Tiled countertops add character, and there is bar seating for two.

The rich dining room is ideal for an elegant meal, and features a round table with seating for six.

A well-stocked kitchenette is located within the third bedroom.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

The stunning master bedroom has a Moroccan theme, a queen-size bed, and a built-in seating area. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has elegant decor, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a small table with two side chairs. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a desk area, and a kitchenette.

A shared bathroom features a tub/shower combination with detailed tile work.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sip morning coffee on the front porch, furnished with a table and seating for five.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu, and Apple TV. A washer/dryer is located in the second bedroom. Parking is available for two cars in the rear driveway.

Please note, closet space is minimal at this property.

The City of Austin limits occupancy to six unrelated adults.

THE LOCATION

Whether you’re coming into Austin for vacation or business, this home is close to where you will want to be. Just 200 feet away is the famous sushi restaurant Uchi, perfect for happy hour or a multi-course dinner.

Exactly 1 mile away is the entrance to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits music festival. On your way to Zilker you can stop and enjoy any of the famous restaurants on Barton Springs Road, such as the original Chuy’s or Shady Grove.

Explore downtown, which is only a mile from home, or wander all of South Austin. With such easy access to so many of the legendary spots that make Austin truly unique, you’re perfectly positioned to make the most of your vacation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
