This beautiful escape has all the necessities, and quite a few luxuries, that will make this vacation memorable. This two level home has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, and an expansive deck with a hot tub, picnic table, grill, and mountain views. The possibilities here are endless. Spend an entire evening on the deck grilling up food or soaking in the hot tub. Enjoy the warm fireplace in the living room while streaming a favorite movie on Netflix or Amazon Prime. The kids will be just as happily entertained — this home comes with plenty of children’s games, toys, and books.

Amazing views. Dishwasher broken and hot tub did not work. Someone was going to get back to me after I checked out for discount on my stay.

Cleanliness was horrible

The hot tub filters were green and full of algae. We cleaned ourselves. The trash cans were over flowing. Indo not recommend using the property management team. The home owners once we were able to contact didnt know how bad the house was. We sent them picture's directly and theybreached out ton property management.

Great house for our family

We are a family of 6 with four kids that range from 3-11. When we look for a place it is to make sure that we are comfortable during our stay. This house 100% provided that for us. It was perfect actually. Very large rooms, comfy beds and the hot tub is massive. Now if you are looking for an updated, super clean house. This might not be for you. There was some dirt, not all of the lights work and some of the blinds are broken. Again for us not a deal breaker. There are two things that you should consider before hand. The sofa, really not comfy but the two recliners are great. There is also a tankless water heater that is located in the upstairs bathroom. Strange location but that is where it lives. The water coming out of it could cook a chicken it is so hot. That is the good part but be careful with your kids. Don’t want to burn them. The issue is that for some reason it is SUPER LOUD! Like wake you up in the middle of the night loud if you are sleeping up there. This heater provides the hot water for the masterbath down and the bathroom upstairs. So anytime someone uses the hot water it sounds like a plane landing in the room. This also includes if someone flushes the downstairs master bath toilet. That part was strange. I would 110% stay again at this house even with the quirks. Once we knew what they were we were able to live around them. No washing hands at 3 am type of stuff. We were thanks for the nice stay.

Good Stay

It was a dirty and some things were broken going into the weekend. Trash can lid was broken, some blinds were broken and the dishes were dirty. Hot tub worked great! Bed was very comfortable! Overall it was a good stay! Thank you!

Do Not Stay Here - Dirty and Unsafe

We arrived at the property 3 hours past check in time and the house was not ready. They were still cleaning. We had to wait about an hour to get in. We were a party of 7. They did not leave enough towels. Two of us had to dry ourselves with hand towels. We called and they brought the towels the next night . House extremely dirty -Bathrooms not cleaned -shower curtain in bunk room was supposed to be white but it was brown and filthy dirty. -wall in bunk room either had food on them or poop on wall as it was brown. Kitchen -1 large pan and 1 small pan. Anything you cook would stick to it. -Pots were all dirty: food encrusted on them. -dishwasher did not clean dishes -only 4 dish set (we were party of 7) Broken blinds in all rooms (would not rise or lower , some had missing slats) HVAC broken all week, huge puddle of water all over the laundry room floor. They came out twice to attempt to fix is but as maintenance said they are were not plumbers. They used flex seal tape to attempt to fix it. It did not work. Exposed wiring right over the water leak off the HVAC. No cover on outlets in kitchen island Second floor railing loose( would sway back and forth when grabbed) Sofa broken Beds were awful( master bedroom hard as a rock, bunk room twin beds also hard, full bed springs felt through). There is obvious moisture in the attic which is causing the sheetrock to leach mold. We cut our vacation short at more expense to us . This house should not be rented out. I have pictures of everything I have stated above. Apparently VRBO does not care about the health and safety of their customers. We tried to fight it but VRBO said it was ok to have exposed wiring over water puddle from HVAC. The upstairs railing being loose was also of no concern to them.
