LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.

SEASIDE GOLF CART POLICY: Golf Carts are only approved for medical conditions or age; all guests must go through the Rental Agency, and the Rental Agency will come through the Seaside Town Council for approval. This will also count as one of their approved parking spaces. They will need to show proof of age 70 and older (copy of identification) or a letter from the treating physician stating that they have a medical condition requiring a golf cart.
