Location Location Location!

The location of this property, especially at the price point, is AMAZING! We parked our car and never left the garage until checkout. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The property itself is a little outdated, but is stocked with everything you could ever need during your stay and more. The pool requires some renovation, the paint is peeling and gets all over your feet, suit, clothes, and bags. Also, checkout is a nightmare! We waited 45 minutes for an elevator and eventually ended up having to take the stairs from the 40th floor to the 7th floor...with 2 kids, 3 suite cases, a cooler, and a case of water. Not the perfect ending to a nearly perfect Miami vacation. Every single floor of the hotel had a line for the elevators...and when one eventually showed up, it was already full. I recommend waking up early before the rest of the hotel, or putting your luggage in the car the night before and taking the stairs with as few items as possible. Otherwise this property is close to perfect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Brickell home with our family!

Week End

I decided to stay in Miami after returning from my cruise and wanted to stay near the airport and the cruise port... This was the perfect location. I never stayed on the 40th floor before and it was so beautiful! Olga is so sweet and accommodating, she allowed us to go to the condo a little bit early which was very much needed and appreciated. Even with a 1 bedroom everyone had their own space and everything that we needed was available... I'll definitely stay with Olga again!!

Location is superb

Enjoyed the stay in this 40th floor condo overlooking Biscayne bay. The furnishings are a little dated , but everything worked and it served the purpose of the three night's day. The balcony view is to die for, with the spectacular view. The 4 star rating on this review for Check-in was not the owner's fault.Something happened to the computer system.And the two young individuals at reception were unable to check us in for a number of minutes. Be sure to bring or purchase bottled water as the tap water is undrinkable. We attempted to use the Britta water filter that is located in the refrigerator but it did not successfully remove the chemical taste from the water. I was unsuccessful at getting the uverse system to change channels , the remote that communicates with the xfinity set top box did not function. All in all, a very nice VRBO.

Host let herself into the unit when they thought we were gone

The location of the unit is nice but we had a really big issue that kind of ruined the whole stay. We only stayed here one night the last night of our trip. After we arrived 3 out of the 4 of us left to get food and one of us stayed. While we were gone the host let herself into the unit. When my friend got Out of the shower she “was changing chairs” and “changing sheets” I don’t I understand why that wouldn’t have been done before we were allowed to check it. Also the fact the he was getting out of the shower with a strange woman in the room that wasn’t invited. It’s unacceptable. She never even contacted me to ask if she could stop by. What if none of us were still in the room? Would she have just rummaged through our things? Needless to say it completely ruined the whole night. Nobody wanted to leave after feeling like the lady was just watching our room so she could come back in. I have contacted Vrbo about a possible refund. It was the worst experience any of us have had at any rental

Great location

Very communicate property manager. A lot of room in the unit. It's looks like the co do is going through some renovations or will soon be. Laundry sisnt work, not a big deal but I went to use the communicable and I had to buy a card with only $5 bills and then $5 bills.. it was kinda of a headache. Building has a parking spot and two pools. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
