Great location!
House was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Pool was lovely, nice and private. Easy block walk to/from beach. House was clean, and had enough beach towels. There were a few chairs but the beach wagon was pretty old and looked more like a beach stroller so we ended up carrying stuff to beach. I’m glad I read the pre arrival message. They are VERY limited with supplies. 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels. A small box for kitchen supplies which included a mini bottle of soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs and 2 garbage bags. For a house with 4bds and staying a week they should have at least doubled the dishwasher and garbage. I planned ahead and brought some down. We have stayed at many rental properties and usually there are left over spices, etc. This home had nothing. So be prepared to buy EVERYTHING! We had a problem with the hot tub and I sent a text after hours, got a text back the following morning and they sent over someone to check on it for us. There is a child pool safety alarm on the back door which you have to press every time you open so just be prepared for that. We enjoyed our time on AMI but it is just TOO busy during Spring Break. One night we went to dinner and were told by 3 different restaurants that there was no way we would be seated. Since most of them don’t take reservations if you go during PEAK dates be prepared to go to dinner at like 3pm.
