Enter on the main floor to a brightly lit interior, accented with a cool, contemporary design. The open-concept, central living area offers plenty of room to spread out while luxurious furnishings to ensure comfortable gathering. The gourmet, island kitchen comes well-appointed with everything needed to prepare beautiful, group-style meals and thee indoor dining table can seat up to eight. For happy hour, entertain guests while mixing-up classic cocktails behind the full wet bar. In the evenings, pile up on the plush sofas for movie nights by the fire. The primary bedroom on this floor features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and expansive walk-in closet.

The second level features the other four guest rooms and a second TV/living room with access to the furnished, upper deck. To queen bedrooms are to the right of the stairs, each with its own full bathroom. One bedroom also comes equipped with a crib, making it a perfect choice for guests with a newborn or toddler. To bunk rooms -- perfect for kids -- are to the left of the stairs. One has an attached bathroom and the other has access to a full bathroom just outside the door. A second, furnished upper deck can be accessed just past the bunk rooms. Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub whenever the mood strikes.

The enclosed backyard will provide hours of fun, with a furnished patio. A well-appointed grill station makes this an ideal setting for a backyard barbecue.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
