The Space:

For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom, boasts a huge king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a lounge seating area, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom, features two comfortable twin-size beds, ample closet space, and a full bathroom around the corner, with plenty of tiled countertop space, and a shower/tub combo.
For a truly relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool and a coin-operated laundry room are also available in the complex.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor balcony, a shared hot tub, and the community pool in the complex. You will also have access to 1 free parking space on the premises. Guests can park in any open spot that states it is for Park Station Guests.
There are additional parking spaces in the back, once you pass through the parking garage off of the entrance of Building 1. Guests are not allowed to park in the covered parking garage areas.

This condo is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. You are in the heart of Old Town and Main Street Historic District where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.
With Park City Mountain Town Lift a block away from the entrance of the condo, you will have unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your Park City vacation getaway. Our cozy condo is the perfect place to call basecamp after a day exploring the mighty Wasatch Mountains. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of it all with this condo's most sought-after location right in the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, a block away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. There is a bus stop outside the building, which is a great FREE way to get around the entire Park City area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we only provide an initial bundle of wood and fire starters for the fireplace. After which, guests should buy their firewood and fire starters for additionals.
Please note that there is a new bike shed located near the Ice Rink on the side of Building 2 if needed.
The pool closes at the end of the ski season on April 23 and will re-open on Memorial Day Weekend. The indoor hot tub will remain open.
The hallway remodel project will begin at the end of ski season in Building 1 on the 4th floor and work down. Once Building 1 is completed they will move to Building 2 starting on the 4th floor and working down.
The project is expected to be completed sometime in August. Please inform our guests that there can be noise, construction debris, and smells at certain times throughout this process and the contractor is allowed to work till 6 pm, with no work on Sundays and on holidays..
Interaction with Guests:
We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.
House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
