This fresh and clean, newly renovated 3 bedrooms 2 bath condo is perfect for your vacation getaway! Relax in the morning on your private balcony enjoying spectacular sunrises over the ocean and unwind in the evening with great sunsets. Guests can enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the primary bedroom with a brand new hybrid King size bed (new in 2021). There is also a new queen-size bed in Bayside bedroom 2, along with a new double over double bunk bed in Bayside bedroom 3 (2021). The kitchen was updated with granite countertops in 2020. The unit is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The appliances include a washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher (new in 2021), microwave, Keurig dual coffee maker, central air, 4 flat-screen TV's, premium cable, and free UPGRADED WIFI to include new router with more bandwidth capabilities for your use and pleasure.

BEDROOM 3 IS A DEN CONVERTED TO A BEDROOM WITH A BARN STYLE SLIDING DOOR FOR PRIVACY.
A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
