This home sleeps 10 guests between five bedrooms and two queen sleeper sofas.

Three guest bedrooms each feature a king-size memory foam bed and a smart TV; one of the bedrooms offers an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fifth bedroom is detailed with a full-size bed and three twin-over-twin bunk beds. Two guest bathrooms provide added convenience -- one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a tub/shower combination.

A rare gem, the 60’ covered boat dock is an entertainer’s paradise. Your own tiki bar includes a gas grill and seating for four. Two adjacent dining tables offer seating for 14, while several lounge areas offer ample space for your whole crew. When the stars come out, gather around the gas firepit.

Enjoy the breeze while watching for marine life in the canal -- manatees, dolphins, and jumping fish can frequently be spotted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
