Enchanting and surrounded by towering trees, this riverfront hideout is just the place to call home here in Rhododendron! As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the quaint exterior and adorable front porch that will be calling your name on rainy mornings with a cup of coffee in hand. Step inside and you will find all of the comforts of home including free WiFi, a spacious layout for the whole family to enjoy, and a full kitchen just waiting to assist in preparing anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. If you feel like keeping it more casual, the gas grill under the deck has you covered for summer cookouts. Speaking of summer, the deck will be the hub for entertaining on warm evenings, as the view of the river is to die for, especially when the sun begins to dip behind the tops of the trees. If you really want some solitude, meander down the stone steps to the water's edge and take a seat on the waterfront bench. End each day on a fun note and gather around the firepit with loved ones or soaking your worries away in the private hot tub, or head inside and throw a few logs into the wood stove. With so much fun to be had, you may just have to come back year after year!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
