Bluewater condominiums sit directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach. Each unit features private balconies, washer & dryer, cable TV and wireless internet. At 1260 sf. this east end corner unit offers six sliding glass doors open onto the 90 feet of wrap-around deck from all bedrooms and living room. Spectacular views of surf and sand are augmented by the sounds of the waves. Fully equipped kitchen island and plenty of counter space makes entertaining a breeze. The King-Size Bed in the master bedroom; a queen bed in the second bedroom; a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, and the queen-size sleeper sofa make accommodating up to eight people easy. Beautiful tile floors throughout compliment the beach décor.

Bluewater offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, a children's wading pool, an indoor hot tub, well equipped exercise room and a grilling area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals.

There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

A Parking pass is EXCLUDED from the price. Guest must purchase a parking pass from the security guard at check in (limit up to two parking passes, $65 each, CASH ONLY FOR PARKING PASSES). Starting June 1, 2024, the parking pass price will be $75.00. Prices for parking passes are set by the condo association and are subject to change without notice.

Other Things to Note:
We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. This usually includes: one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. This is not meant to last for the duration for the stay.
Per insurance stipulation, we don’t supply anything that may be consumed (ie: salt, oil, spices, sugar, etc.).
