Your rental offers a prime location just around the corner from nature trails and Flax Pond, and just a short drive to Dennis Village, golf courses, Cape Cod Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.

LIVING AREA

Gather on two stylish tufted sofas and enjoy favorite shows on the 52” smart TV in the living room. Two armchairs offer a relaxing seat next to the flickering wood-burning fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances. Craft a morning coffee with the Keurig and enjoy brunch at the dining table with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This home includes three bedrooms that sleep six total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master bedroom features a king bed, 42” smart TV, and access to the backyard. The master bath boasts a double vanity and beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Rest soundly in the second bedroom equipped with two twin beds. A full-size bed is found in the third bedroom. The second bath has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy a cold beverage in the private backyard, where outdoor furniture includes a love seat, two armchairs, and two Adirondack chairs. Cook kabobs on the grill, play yards games, and snuggle up by the fire pit to roast s’mores.

An outdoor shower offers a handy spot to rinse off after a sun-soaked day at the beach or pond.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Complimentary Wi-Fi i and beach gear, including toys and chairs, as well as kid-friendly extras like a Pack ‘n Play and booster seat are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway.

Cruise 2 miles to Mayflower or Corporation Beachhead and dip your toes in the Atlantic Ocean; Dennis has 16 beaches on the Atlantic and Cape Cod Bay.

Practice your golf swing at three nearby public courses; drive less than 10 minutes to both Dennis Pines or Bass River Golf Courses.

Spend a leisurely afternoon in Dennis Village on Main Street with an ice cream cone meandering through the shops and galleries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
