Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-story, 950 sq. ft. ground floor luxury home with french doors that open to a large terra cotta tile patio. A peek-a-boo ocean view is available from which you can see the Pacific Ocean sunsets.

This spacious home has a large interior great room inspired by a Scandinavian beach house with modern clean lines and tasteful decor. This room features a living room with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and a large comfortable seating cluster from which to enjoy it. French doors open up to the outside front patio to let you experience an easy inside/outside living space.


There is also an inside dining table that seats 6, which is right next to an all new high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, quartz countertop and fresh white cabinetry. A kitchen bar with 3 high-top tools provides plenty of additional seating. It is easy to satisfy your culinary desires here as it has all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. This home has 2 bedrooms - a master king bedroom and a queen guest bedroom - both of them spacious and very comfortable. Each room has a large walk-in glass shower and vanity sinks. Each bedroom has its own mini-split A/C unit as well. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
