Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This property is located a few minutes walk from the aquarium, Coolidge Park, Amazing Restaurants, Grocery stores and everything that down town has to offer. We are located at the end of the Market street bridge sharing the same property as Walgreens making everything you could need for your stay at your fingertips. No expense was spared in creating this one of a kind luxury property. We are excited for you to experience it!!!
We live close by and can be available in person or by phone if needed.
We are at the foot of the market st bridge that leads to the aquarium. Mezcla Cantina (Best Mexican Food in Town) , Taco Mamacita and Clumpies are all within a 2 minute Walk. First Watch Breakfast, Edley's BBQ and Mean Mug Cafe are within 2 minutes Drive. The Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, Aquarium and The Riverwalk are with 3 minutes drive. Publix and Whole Foods are within 2 minutes Drive and the neighborhood is lively and friendly.

Restaurants, Bars and Grocery Stores are all within walking distance. Everything Down town will be within minutes drive. There is a free electric bus service that picks up at Coolidge Park and has multiple routs downtown if you prefer not to drive.

Another Fabulous Vacation in Chattanooga!!!

We had our 14 year old granddaughter and 8 year old grandson for our second stay!!! They loved staying upstairs with us playing pool and other games plus marathon movie binges!!!! Didn’t want to leave property!!!! Another great time!!!! We will be back!!!

Great location to access all of Chattanooga

Shaun’s place was great for our group of friends to visit Chattanooga. As other reviews note, the location on the north side is great for walking to a variety of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as a ~20 min walk over the bridge into downtown for the aquarium, baseball stadium, etc. The 2 car garage makes it easy to drive around town as well, we were able to quickly get to a few hikes and tourist attractions around town without much trouble. The house itself has all the basic amenities you would expect from a newly built house.

Great Property at Fantastic Location

A group of friends was in town for a weekend event and we could not have been more pleased with the property and location. The property was like new with modern finishes and amenities. We loved the location - conveniently located between two bridges across the river and surrounded by local restaurants and shops. There is also a grocery store within easy walking distance. Parking was great with an included garage that easily fit two cars.

Shaun was such an ease to work with. He always responded quickly and even called to make sure I received his message. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. The location was perfect and would definitely return!

My wife and I are originally from Toronto Canada and relocated to Chattanooga almost 5 years ago for work. I opened a LKQ Pick Your Part salvage yard here in town and my wife owns a talent agency representing actors and models for movies, commercials and print work. We LOVE Chattanooga!!! The Nature, Food, Culture and way of life is amazing and we cannot wait to share it with you!!! If you are looking for an action packed getaway or a quiet relaxing escape we know just where to go and what to do because we love it all.

When is comes to our style of hosting we like to adjust to our guests. If you would like us to meet you and help plan your stay we are available for you and if you would rather be left alone we will touch base once to make sure you have everything you need and be available by phone anytime if needed. We understand every guest is different and wants different things out of their stay. My wife and I live on the Northshore and love this part of the city. We bought this property for the location! This is the closest rental to the aquarium in the city! Coolidge park, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else you could need is walking distance. We wanted to share this experience with our guests while providing a luxurious comfortable feel not previously found in Chattanooga.
