Summer Breeze West boasts an amazing location in the heart of Gulf Shores. Not only are the renowned beaches calling, but you'll be situated at the end of a canal for a quieter experience. So jump in your kayak and enjoy a jaunt around Little Lagoon! Ike's Beach Service is conveniently located near the bungalow, should you want to spice things up and go parasailing or paddleboarding. Bahama Bob's is a quarter mile away for delicious bites. Live entertainment and events can be found at Shrimp Fest, less than a mile away, and The Hangout, a mere one-mile drive. Pier 33 Grocery is a short walk away for food essentials during your trip.
Summer Breeze West provides ample space for everyone, including furry companions, with a generous deck overlooking the water on both levels of the house. Read a good book on the covered deck, or throw a fishing line in the water to see what's biting! The spacious, open concept living and dining area allow the entire group to move about freely and gather. Watch TV together on comfortable furnishings or share tasty meals in the dining area. The kitchen has sparking stainless steel appliances and all the tools you'll need. Central air-conditioning will keep everyone cool inside, or, take a dive in the community pool. Sunsets are truly magnificent here!
When it is time for bed, everyone can enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements. The coveted primary bedroom has its own private deck overlooking the lagoon, perfect to pair with a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Another enchanting day awaits tomorrow, so why wait?
THINGS TO KNOW
Snowbirds are welcome in winter months.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
