The family will love the spaciousness of this lovely 2BR/2BA villa, located on the 2nd floor of the building with beautifully updated kitchen and baths; and the location is outstanding!

Located in the gated community of Shipyard Plantation, Colonnade Club villas are surrounded by world-class amenities that include golf, tennis, a large, on-site private pool with heated spa and community gas grills, just steps from Hilton Head’s lovely beaches, and centrally located with easy access to shopping, dining and world-class golf, as well as downtown Hilton Head and Coligny Plaza.

Your lovely vacation villa is like your home away from home with a spacious open plan that includes a fully-equipped kitchen just perfect for brewing the morning coffee, packing a picnic lunch for the beach, or preparing your favorite meal to enjoy at the dining table or outside on the large deck. The living area is bright and cheery and has sliders to the deck - not to mention golf views and great natural light. There is plenty of room for curling up with a good book to relax, or hosting family game or movie night.

Great 2-bedroom condo on Galleon #6 fairway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on island and were happy that the unit was ready after we had lunch. The property was in very good condition. When we entered the condo, there were flowers and a gift bag on the counter for us. We inspected the condo,, it was generally very clean with the exception of a dirty pair of underwear in a waste basket (nasty). We really like the layout of the rooms, especially the work desk (could use a couple of outlets). We liked the renovations and updates including the flooring, kitchen and comfortable furniture including the beds and sofa sleeper. Our only complaints were: 1. The ice maker did not make any ice during our 2 week stay and 2. the western exposure of the balcony made it very hot in the afternoons.

Overall Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I stayed in Unit 190 in Colonnade Club in mid-May 2023. Having stayed in at least 6 other Colonnade Club units over the years we like the location very much which is not only fairly secluded/quiet but also a brief walk/bike ride to the beach and other activities in Shipyard. Check-in process was smooth and quick once we found the property management office in the office building complex. "Welcome Bag" from the property manager with water and various other items was a nice touch. Property was overall clean and adequately furnished. We did have a few "nits" with the unit that I am addressing directly to the property manager. Overall, an enjoyable stay but with some recommendations of items that should be addressed by the property manager/owner.
