It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of historical sites, locally-owned restaurants, breweries, a distillery, and unique shops.

All bedrooms are upstairs along with the full bath. Come prepared to climb stairs. The Livingroom, Parlor, Dining room, Kitchen, and Den \ Office are downstairs along with the 1/2-bath and extra day-bed. A vintage style fully-sealed Gas Fireplace-stove is available for use in the living room along with a 100-year-old standing piano in the Parlor.

There are Modern appliances in the kitchen; a new Double Oven Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and microwave as well as Coffee maker(s), cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, and bakeware. A new washer and dryer are available for use, accessible in a small portion of the basement set aside for laundry.
