Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resorts in South Maui as it offers its guests a large pool area, a children's wading pool, 2 hot tubs, an exercise room, table tennis, foosball, and tennis courts. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and Mai Tai's by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came in and were super happy with what we saw! It was clean and nicely decorated. It had a great view of the pool and a bit of the ocean from the balcony. They gifted us some Hawaiian cookies and Kona coffee... nice touch! The closet had chairs, sand toys, 2 boogie boards, an umbrella... everything we needed! The ONLY drawback is the loft is VERY warm because the ac units don’t have enough power to cool it off... but it wasn’t miserable. We LOVED the unit and would use it again. The grounds were pretty too! Thank you for a great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Unit was clean, well outfitted, and just the right size for the 3 of us. Location was nice, right across the street from the beach. Enjoyed the pool and used one of the community grills, as well. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend PMI Maui properties and Kamaole Sands when visiting Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have no idea what everyone else is talking about in the other reviews (both here and VRBO/AirBnB). This unit is great, clean, well-equipped. Nothing is old or worn like mentioned by others. Everything was great, including all furnishings. Matthew from PMI was great also. My only complaint is the front desk staff of Kamaole Sands (upon check-in) was extremely rude and borderline racist. Not a pleasant experience, but that has nothing to do with this unit's interior or PMI. I would recommend.
