This entirely renovated 300 sqm “mas” is located in the countryside close to delightful Eygalières village in the Alpilles area.
It is set in 5 hectares of grounds with a 14 x 4.50 metre heated swimming pool with a shutter, a 40 sqm pool house with a wc, a boules pitch, and several terraces (two covered).
Elegantly fitted and decorated, it includes a spacious entry, a living/reception room with a fireplace opening onto a terrace, a spacious fully fitted family kitchen and dining room opening onto a covered terrace, two bedrooms with shower rooms, a utility/storage room, and a wc.
Upstairs are a suite with a bathroom, and a bedroom with a shower room.
An independent orangery is fitted as an air-conditioned apartment with a little sitting room and kitchenette, and two bedrooms with shower rooms.
The property is 1.8 kilometres and a 20-minute walk from the village.

6 bedrooms – Maximum capacity 12 (children included).

In off and mid-season rental is possible with 4 bedrooms, with a discount of 750 and 1000 euro in off and mid-season respectively.
Rental is for one week in high season, excepting July and August when it is for a minimum of two weeks.

Included in the tariff:
- A complete set of bath, bed and pool linen for each week booked
- Cleaning on departure: 14 hours
- Equipment for infants is available by request
- Pool heating from April 15th to October 15th (optional at other periods)
