Situated adjacent to the National Forest, this cozy-yet-spacious home offers a peaceful escape. In the winter, take the MOOver shuttle from your front door to the mountain and ski the private, groomed ski trail home! During the non-winter months enjoy the tennis courts, hiking trails and clubhouse with fitness room!

Affectionately called the Black Bear Hideaway, this 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bathroom chalet is located in the heart of the National Forest and just steps from beautiful hiking trails.

The king master bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the first floor. The 3 additional bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. The second-floor bunk room features a smart tv and 5 twin beds, a perfect spot for kids to relax after a long day on the slopes! The half bath with washer/dryer is off the entryway mudroom.

The private hot tub is located steps off the back sunroom and adjacent to the National Forest, the perfect setting for star-gazing or enjoying an après ski drink. Out front you will enjoy a small deck with Weber grill.

Other amenities include a solo stove, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, 2 smart TVs, high-speed Internet, linens, bath products and a well-equipped kitchen.

COMMUNITY | the community features a heated, outdoor pool available for guest use 10am-8pm daily in summer months as well as hiking trails accessible from the backyard of the home. The community's clubhouse features a fitness room, ping pong and pool tables and is open 8am-8pm daily, no code to enter required.

SKIING | The community’s private, groomed Ski-home trail allows you the convenience of skiing home from Mount Snow’s Carinthia lifts. The trail's exit is walking distance (300 yds) to the home. Additionally, free MOOver shuttle service to/from the mountain picks up at the top of the road (100 yds from the house) and is available on weekends and holidays! If you choose to take your car, Mount Snow is a 1.5 mile drive.

AWD vehicles are required in the winter to access the property

Note the community adheres to Vermont's quiet hours of 10pm - 7am, no hot tub use is allowed during these times.

AREA | Conveniently located minutes from the towns of Wilmington and West Dover as well as the Harriman Reservoir. The area offers boat rentals, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. Mount Snow Golf Club and Haystack Golf Course are both a 10 minute drive away. The home also has direct hiking/snow-shoeing access or drive less than a mile to the Valley Trails.

Although this is a NO Pet home it is not Pet free for those that have allergies.
