Background check must be in place prior to rental start date. Be sure to allow for at least 20 days lead time in your planning timeline to get background check completed and HOA board approval.
Also note that in season (November through April) this unit rents from 1st of the month through the end of the month. For the remainder of the year, rental periods may start mid month but must be at least 30 days, per Paseo guidelines.
