In the commune of La Bresse, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 30 m² flat for rent, facing south-west with a mountain View and free shuttle service to the ski resort. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a 70 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 17 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area, sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) (90×190) and access to the terrace/green area.
- Open-plan kitchenette with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture
- A private, enclosed garden (by putting the gate in the ski room) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are just a 5-minute walk away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

There are two ski resorts and a wide range of winter activities:
- La Bresse Honheck about 4 km away (the largest resort in the Vosges)
- La Bresse-Lispach, a family resort during the school holidays, with free shuttle buses 300 metres away on foot.

- Planet Evasion Gérardmer : 10% discount on all Laser Game and Kart services (real Mario Kart, unique in France!). 16 km away (23 min by car).
