Amazing space for such a great price! We loved staying here for my friends Bachelorette trip!

This home is spacious and very clean! The Ubers were really easy to catch from here to downtown and only took about 12 minutes!

Would not recommend this stay for anyone!!!!! Dead flies all over the kitchen floor as soon as walked into the property and had to be at least 100 in all the rooms flying around the whole stay. Biting and landing on our food & drinks. Things as simple as the bathroom hand soap, was left empty for our stay (could’ve been a simple thing to refill for the cleaning service, not sure were the cleaning service fee goes too but it’s not worth it. Found broken glass on the one bedroom floor as well) I do not recall the property listing stating as it being the bottom of a house and the upstairs renters we not very polite, causing tons of disturbing noise our entire stay.. we had issues with the property door locking; had to pull the door as hard as possible and try to catch the lock, was frustrating to have to deal with every time we left the house. The outside porch light was burnt out and made it difficult to see trying to access the property at night. We had several issues and trying to reach out for answers is the worst customer service. Takes at least 24 hours for a response. Disappointed with this stay and will not be back to this property.

Flies, bugs in the bed, needles, and nastiness!!

Do not stay here!!! It was absolutely disgusting!!! The flies attacked us when we walked in the door along with an awful smell from the drain! We had been warned that the washer was backing up into the sink before we arrived, but were told we didn’t need to make other arrangements. So we were trying to be optimistic when we went out and purchased flystrips and fly swatters right away. When we returned from the store we began to see the flies had other friends and why. We began to put some things away in the kitchen. Bam! Open hamburger buns with one missing, open fruity pebbles, and several other used food items in the cabinet next to the sink to attract bugs. Then on the floor in the kitchen a purple cap to a needle! We found the sharps on the fridge! The floor also had a pile of grits and other food on it. There was sticky stuff all over the walls too. Then in the living area there were French fries on the floor along with roaches. My children found pills on the floor in the guest room. In the Master suite a Coke had been spilled or sprayed all over the furniture. The rings from where the Coke sat on the bedside table were still there- that’s why I can tell you this. There were more roaches on the floor in this room. (I was steadily texting the owner photos the entire experience). Then in the bathroom there was urine on the seat and toothpaste on the counter. The place definitely needed a good cleaning. The bath mats had been flipped over instead of cleaned- this was obvious. After seeing all of this, we expressed our concern and desire to stay somewhere else. But at this point it was 11:15…11:30. We got in late. So, we decided to tough it out for one night and find another place in the morning. We had been traveling all day and were all very tired. One of us decided to take a shower. The towels smelled rancid!!! They must’ve attempted to wash them with the bad washer and decided to dry them anyway. The towels couldn’t be used, but actual clean washcloths were found underneath the sink and had to be used to dry off!!! Then the final straw. We got into bed and there they were. Bugs!!! In the bed!!!!! That was it!!! We had enough!!! We packed everything and got out of there as fast as we could!!!!! As I said before I sent pictures and texts the whole time this was going on. We still have not been given our refund. We were told the owner did have an exterminator take care of the infestation. 🤮
