The neutral living room has a flat screen tv and a sleeper sofa as well as a sliding door leading out to your balcony. The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a queen bed in the master and two twins in the guest room. Sun Villas are private condominiums located in the Crescent Beach section of sunny North Myrtle Beach. Step out onto the beach for long days of beachcombing, castle building and relaxation. The sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach is the perfect place to unwind and truly escape it all. Sun Villas offers a beautiful outdoor pool for guests to cool off after a long day at the beach. Being centrally located in North Myrtle Beach means that the fun and excitement is only minutes away with Main Street to the north and Barefoot Landing to the south.

COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES
All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.
