Don’t forget the dining table that seats 4 so everyone can enjoy the ocean view. And yes, those are real orchids on the table.

This kitchen was equipped by a master cook so you’ll find everything you desire. And if all you’re looking for in the kitchen is the coffee maker (there are a few) and the blender, you’re in luck.

The comfy sofa is a great place to catch up on Netflix or your favorite Amazon show. The living room TV is a Smart TV. So bring your own Firestick to enjoy everything you like.

You can look out and see if it’s pool time or if you’d like to head down to one of our two beaches. You have the cove for swimming and snorkeling on the left of the property or the surfing beach to the right.

The large heated pool with the swim-up bar-restaurant serving lunch, snacks, and dinner will be there when you get back from the beach with plenty of shady spots available if that’s what you prefer.

Both the bedroom and the living room have patio doors that open to the panoramic ocean view where you can enjoy the ocean breeze, and the sound of the waves, all day long.

And when it’s time to go to bed at night, the elevated king-size bed gives you the ability to take in that amazing view before falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

And if you’re an early riser you'll enjoy the colors of a brilliant sunrise being painted in reflection across the closet doors before you grab your morning coffee to head out to the patio to enjoy the full show.

The adjacent full bath is equipped with a double-headed shower and a shower seat.

This completely remodeled condo has been a private home and is new as a rental, so you can be one of the first people to enjoy a vacation here.

Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella.

The Palapa swim-up pool bar and restaurant serve very reasonably priced food and drinks, starting with breakfast. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week.

There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor, and bagged ice.

Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo.
