Very nice

I would like to say that the house is very very very very nice as they said it looks just like the pictures and I will say this is one of the best houses that I stayed at and have been very comfortable in as in sleeping using their dishes and everything else there cause usually when I stay somewhere I do not use their dishes or anything like that but when I mean, this place is very clean, they have good quality of everything only thing I will say like someone stated she need a new cleaning lady. The only reason I would say that is because it’s spiderwebs in there should be no spiderwebs around. She should take the broom sweep the spiderwebs. Other than that the quality of the home owner the things that she buy and have in this rent home is very nice quality she did not go out cheat. She brought valuable things !!! The reason I say this is because I have stayed different places and they buy the cheapest things but this is not about them.I will say again she needed a new cleaning lady. But the quality of everything she has is such nice fine quality that I will rent from her again. I had a minor issue that she fix asap due to the cleaning lady, so I will not rate her on her cleaning lady! I will definitely give her a 10 out of 10 when I mean the home is very nice and like I said the quality of everything that she has in her home is a 10! Thanks for being a great host that communicate very good and fast with you, and she let us have a late check out!

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Check-in

Not a great overall experience

We are heavy VRBO users because we travel constantly and with two teenagers, hotel rooms are not ideal. So, we know what the process should be. With probably a dozen VRBO rentals we have had zero issues until this house. First, I contacted the host the morning we were to check in to see if we could check in early. The answer was yes, but changed to “no” shortly thereafter. When I asked if 4:00 (the given check in time) was still good, I was told absolutely. Nope. When we get there, cleaning folks were just getting started from what we could tell. An hour and a half later, they left with towels in the dryer and sheets in the washer - trash still in the bedrooms/bathrooms and no trash bag liners. It took us hours to finish the cleaning and to make the beds (to the extent we could). Even then, we did not have flat sheets or enough wash cloths/towels. We just had to use the beds as they were. When I reached out to the host, she just said she was surprised because the cleaning folks were usually good. Once we got in, the dishwasher didn’t work. There was mold on upstairs shower curtains. We only had two forks in the utensils (there were more spoons) and there was some sort of bird nesting in the vent in the half bath (NOTE: the description says 4 bath - it is not. It is 3.5). The host told me it was the AC unit. Only if it chirps. The host eventually sent more silverware and towels. But the dishwasher was never fixed and we never had complete sheet sets. (The host just kept asking me if I looked in all the cabinets. Of course! We would never have bothered anyone until we were sure we didn’t have them). The house itself is fine. The location was also fine for our purposes (near a soccer complex). The neighborhood was quiet and near food/groceries. However, the condition of the house was subpar (the mold got me). The host’s response to our concerns was also subpar. I would not stay there again.

Nice house and good location

Stayed here for work for 2 weeks. Very nice house and neighborhood but cleaning person could do a better job and you need more forks because 3 will not do it. House has everything you need except for the forks and the can opener doesn’t work. Had to open cans with a knife. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Slow and painful refund

We had to stay in a different and much smaller house the first night due to a leakage in the property we rented. The property rented is beautiful and well located but it was not clean (the trashcans were full and there was a sock under a bed). The owners offered to reimburse the first night and accepted to refund the full cleaning fee but we had to chase them during a whole month to receive the money

Family Vacay

The property was outstanding and ideally located for easy access to key attractions in the Tampa area. The host was truly exceptional. We communicated frequently about the property prior to our arrival. The information she provided proved to be invaluable to the quality of our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
