Pelican Point is a peaceful, quaint community located directly along the Indian River (Intercoastal) in Titusville. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Onsite, the condominium offers a riverfront heated pool with cabana/grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with tons of social activities. Each of the three buildings within Pelican Point includes an elevator and laundry facilities on every floor. With Kennedy Space Center directly across the water and a brand new shopping mall across the street, you will have plenty of options for dining and activities. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo features queen beds in both bedrooms, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, two 43 in. smart TVs, DVD player, wireless internet, cable, towels, and linens. The on-floor laundry room is coin-operated. Per HOA rules, Pelican Point requires a one-month minimum rental. During the winter months (December-March), we request a minimum three-month rental.
