It was a very memorable stay. Kevin the host was very easy to talk to and very friendly. The apartment was not what the pictures showed it to be. It was on the river but from the unit unable to see river. The boat house was rotting in place, not safe to park boat. The deck that had two chaisse lounges was splintering, unsafe to walk barefoot on. The apartment had one step down to kitchen/dining area then two steps up to the bedroom. The dining table was placed right over the sump pump which was so loud sometimes could not hear the TV. There was a large flat screen TV hung at ceiling height, it was hard to watch unless laying on the daybed. The one in the bedroom was in a entertainment center far from the bed, difficult to watch from bed. The best part of the entire place was the four poster king bed. It wrapped its arms around you and was so comfy. The kitchen was poorly stocked. It was listed it had a Keurig, none to be found. There was no toaster. There was no door for privacy for the bedroom., I put up a curtain to provide a little privacy. The bathroom has tiny. The shower was so small that you couldn't turn around without the shower curtain sticking to you. The host had put commando hooks on the stucco walls which held the towels for about five minutes. We went out and bought a towel rack for the door as we were there for 6 weeks. The unit was very dark. There were two lights on the small dressers by the bed, one of which we took to the dining table so we could see what we were eating. There was a hotel airconditioner/heater in the bedroom that provided heat/cool. Luckily we brought a fan to circulate the air. There were three ceiling fans with lights but the lights were very dim. There were two windows in the kitchen area, no veiw of the river, one was the tent canopy flap and the other was the underneath of a stairway. In the bedroom there was a window that showed a fence about two feet from the window. Kevin is very nice but has no idea about renting. There were people coming and going all the time. There was a washer and dryer that was available to use but the other tenants left their clothes in them. so when you wanted to use it you had to empty them out. They were industrial size to there was no getting the clothes from the bottom of the washer without a grabber. This unit was not what advertised and it was unfortunate to spend the kind of money we did we could have stayed at Disney.
