## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the studio is bright and tastefully renovated. It includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality, with plenty of storage space to free up living space.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: Wi-Fi connection, TV, raclette machine, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine: French Press Bodum, oven, fan, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is ideally located:
- Right in the heart of the Jourdain village and within easy reach of metro stations on lines 7B and 11, as well as numerous shops and restaurants.
- Just a few minutes' walk from the Buttes Chaumont, great for strolling and enjoying the greenery. There's a great Sunday brunch (book ahead) at the Pavillon du lac restaurant.
- On a quiet, safe street with little traffic, in a secure residence.
- 25 minutes from Châtelet and Gare du Nord.
- A 16-minute walk from the charmingly bucolic Butte Bergeyre.
For your daily needs, you'll find a "Monoprix Belleville" supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.
What's more, there are some great restaurants right next door: Cheval d'or, petit vingtième, Mensae. And more affordable ones: Flying noodles, Barrio Meshica, Zephir.
It's also great to enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace in front of the church and watch the neighborhood come alive. It's a shopping district with something for everyone. I recommend that you take a stroll around to make your choice.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the city is famous, such as:
- Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, a 7-minute walk away;
- Parc de Belleville and its Belvedere, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the whole of Paris, 8 minutes away on foot;
