A bedroom area with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room are at your disposal. A bathroom with shower where you can relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping. The kitchen is equipped.
The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator
You will be ideally located in Old Nice (pedestrian zone), and can easily explore the city on foot. Please note, you cannot access Old Nice by car.

You can easily park your vehicle in the “Palais de Justice” paid car park located 200 meters from the apartment.



Old Nice district
Right in the city center, between the Promenade des Anglais and the Colline du Chateau, Old Nice is the trendy district, full of life and particularly lively!
It is the most commercial district of the city and the most fashionable. The best restaurants in Nice, concept stores and atypical bars are flourishing there like hot cakes.
Its colors sometimes make you believe you are in Italy! The cornices offer you magnificent walks in the sun from morning to evening, with your feet in the water (or almost).
Car: You can park your vehicle in the “Palais de Justice” car park located 200 meters from the apartment.
Train: You are 15 minutes on foot or by tram from the Nice SNCF station, from where you can go directly to Villefranche, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Monaco, Cannes etc...
Tram: You are 100 meters from the stop of line 1 “Cathédrale – Vieille Ville” and 400 meters from the stop of line 2 “Garibaldi” / “Le Chateau”.
Airport: You are 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by tram from the airport.
Port: You are 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tram from the port.


The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the apartment before your arrival as well as upon your departure.
These costs also include the provision and cleaning of household linen: bed linen, towels and bath mats, tea towels.
Finally, they include the provision of welcome products to make your stay pleasant upon your arrival: coffee, tea, soaps, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent. These products are made available to you upon your arrival but are not replenished during your stay.
