Casa Encanto is located at Loft 268 which is a new beautifully designed seven-story 64-unit residence steps away from everything you’d want in Puerto Vallarta on the flats of Old Town in Zona Romantica. An easy 3 block walk to the beach and the Malecon for enjoyable walks, runs or strolls on this beautiful mile-long esplanade filled with a wide variety of restaurants, stores, bars, street entertainers and more. Fine galleries and entertaining stage shows abound in this lively area. A short 10-minute walk to Los Muertos beach for your relaxing beach experiences. Enjoy the amazing food PV has to offer right outside your door within walking distances to many fantastic restaurants, unique coffee shops and breakfast sites right around the corner. Location, location, location! It’s all right here.

Loft 268 itself offers an exceptional outdoor living rooftop area with a large infinity pool with waterfall, multiple sunning areas for relaxing, Jacuzzis, a BBQ grill and a comfortable firepit area to take in the panoramic views around you. Enjoy the airconditioned Sky Bar with TV, pool table, refrigerator and lounging areas. Plus, squeeze in a quick workout in the separate gym with great views of the mountains and Banderas Bay.

Professionally designed interior and model unit, Casa Encanto is a 1,250 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor condo with an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen leading to a spacious balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed with bath; second bedroom has a queen and quest bath, both with ample closet space. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and supplies with a dining table to seat 6. The living area has a long comfortable couch with 3 additional armchairs with a Smart TV with Roku, Netflix and a sound bar for relaxing at home. Plus, comfortable seating on the balcony for morning coffee and fresh air.

The best place to stay in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone

This condo is perfect in all aspects (10/10) and would highly recommend it to everyone wanting to stay in PV. We just got back from PV and staying at this condo was the best. Working with the host and manager was great as responses were always timely. The host just replaced the King and Queen mattresses with Eurotop mattresses which were very comfortable. The safe was large enough to store my laptop. The host and manager also made provisions for supplies not normally provided at other condos: laundry detergent, softer sheets, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, hand soap, tissues, paper towels, toilet paper not to mention the spices, condiments and coffee. This location is central to all the best restaurants in PV; a block away from the Saturday market which draws large crowds and two blocks from the malacon and beach. The roof top was amazing with what has to be one of the best infinity edge pools in all of PV with spectacular views of the ocean, city and mountains. The roof top also had an enclosed lounge area with bar, pool table and TV’s and next to that are the BBQ area, washrooms and fully equipped gym. The staff at this condo are always friendly making this an enjoyable place to stay. I will definitely look to book this condo for our next trip to PV.

Location was ace!

We loved our stay and found ourselves in the center of everything! Amenities were incredible between the rooftop pool and gym and spacious space. Angel was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, would highly recommend!

PV vacation/work remote

If you are looking for a centrally located property for your visit in PV - look no further. This property is located in the heart of Zona Romantica with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The best part is the rooftop pool/jacuzzi/gym - sweeping views while relaxing and working on that tan! Roger (owner) and Angel (PV property manager) went above and beyond with their customer service. They were quick to address any and all questions leading up to our stay, and all the way through to checking out! The two week stay was one for the books, and was sad to check out! Definitely will come back!
