It still has a wooded park, a wood and water reserves. Its name derives from its proximity to the springs that irrigate the property.

You will have a ground floor and a first floor with a surface area of almost 600 m2

A courtyard, a 25-metre-long natural water pond accessible in season and unheated, a large garden and woodland at the rear of the château are available to you during your stay.

Shopping can be done on foot or by bike. The house is a 10-minute drive from the historic centre of Valence.
Tennis courts can be reserved next to the house.
Close to the Vercors and Ardèche regions for nature walks.
