Myers Beach is a quick drive away, with Sanibel and Captiva just beyond. You’re also just a few minutes’ drive from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Come on in and enjoy relaxing in this comfortable condo. Central air-conditioning cools every room, and the garden view sets a lovely tone. Enjoy cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar that seats two. If someone spills, just use the private washer/dryer to clean things up. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and a privacy divider turns the second bedroom into a suite with an en suite bathroom.

Guests of this condo can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court during their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
