Past the living room is the kitchen, a stunning, modern, open space with a double toaster, crockpot, classic and Keurig coffee machines to compliment the high end appliances. A four burner stove and griddle, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher are all conveniently placed for your comfort. The kitchen table, with seating for 6, sits in a nook that looks out onto the beautiful Presidio neighborhood. Local photography is scattered generously throughout the home. Come back from a day of exploring the town and recognize photos of the spots you visited. There’s even a small table for the kids to have their own space to dine! With an additional 4 bar stools at the elevated kitchen counter, the kitchen has plenty of space for everyone.

Right off the dining area you can relax outside on the back porch, complete with a propane grill and outdoor furniture.

Near the stairs is the half-bathroom, all bedrooms and full bathrooms sitting upstairs to offer spectacular views of Flagstaff.

On the second level, the master bedroom offers a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a massive walk-in closet, and a king bed that overlooks two windows. Sit back and relax after enjoying your day with the lounge chair and flat-screen TV in the corner.

Also on the second level are the extra two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the second with a king. The king bedroom boasts some of the best views in the home, looking out onto the San Francisco Peaks. There’s also a flat-screen TV in the room for your pleasure.
A full bathroom, complete with a shower/bathtub, sits just off the hallway upstairs. This offers easy access to all bedrooms.

The laundry room is spacious with a modern washer and dryer.

Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No parties or events are permitted.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
