400 square foot tiny house in a safe and beautiful gated tiny home community. Built 2019. Queen size bedroom on main level, full kitchen, and comfortable living area with TV. Loft has two twin mattresses for kids! Pet friendly for up to two friendly dogs, leash required. Large covered front porch. There are towels in the drawer in the bedroom, and extra pillows in the small closet area. The twin beds upstairs each have a warm blanket, and the master bed has a warm blanket and coverlet.

Fun tip, the barstools also work great as end tables for the sofa!

Note: A neighbor gifted me their charcoal grill! It’s in the driveway, but I haven’t set it up yet.

Generac generator will turn itself on within a minute after a power outage! It will keep the basics all running seamlessly: fridge, lights, TV, microwave. You will NOT be able to use the stove or the washer/dryer. The generator will turn itself off when power is restored. You should still have Wi-Fi during the outage unless the actual Kinetic Internet is out.
Note: the generator runs itself every Friday at 3 PM for about five minutes, so don’t worry if you hear it running! It will not interrupt anything in the house during this time.
