Enjoy a view of the Santa Catalina Mountains from your own private pool, or a sunrise over the Rincon Mountains from the huge, enclosed side yard. Located in East Tucson on just under one and a half acres, just three-and-a-half miles from Trail Dust Town, this single-level remodeled 1940s ranch-style home is outfitted with new stainless-steel appliances, concrete floors, central air conditioning, and gel foam mattresses so that everyone can keep cool and comfortable. There won't be a line for a hot shower in the morning as each bedroom features an en suite bathroom with plush towels.

When the sun goes down, guests can light up the propane fire table outside and make delicious meals on the gas grill. If you'd rather cook indoors, the full kitchen features a modern French-door fridge, glass cooktop stove and oven, and plenty of cookware, flatware, and storage. The large Arizona room features comfy chairs, coffee tables, and a granite table for plenty of workspace with an additional workspace in the main bedroom. There is an outdoor laundry closet for guests to use with a washer, dryer, outdoor sink, and complimentary detergent. No vacation is complete without your dogs, so the entire house, side yard, and pool yard are all dog-friendly.

The pool does not include a heater.
Pool towels are provided for guest use.
Guest rooms are connected but have separate bathrooms.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Bedroom TVs are enabled with ‘Guest’ mode, allowing guests to set a date to log out of all their accounts.
There are security cameras that observe the parking area and entryways.
Guests must travel by car to reach this home.
The pool is inside a locked and gated area. The depth of the shallow end is three feet and the depth of the deep end is nine feet.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: There is a security camera in the tree just outside the door to enter this home. It has video and audio, and faces the sidewalk near the home and the front/parking area.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
