Head into the spacious full kitchen to assemble yourself a refreshing beverage then take it out to the private, screened-in balcony to savor in the breeze - this is definitely the place to enjoy al-fresco meals and cups of morning coffee! Take the gang out for a day at the beach then come back to spritz away the sand under the outdoor shower. The kids will love watching their favorite Netflix and HBO movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV while you use the home's high-speed WiFi to complete that last-minute online project. Don't forget to use the central AC and ceiling fans to keep the home nice and crisp on those hot summer days, and if you really want to cool off you can head down to the shared pool for a refreshing dip. The handsome dining table is great for family game nights and card games with friends - there's enough seating for up to six players. With the private washer/dryer, you can afford to pack light for your trip! This condo is located in a quiet area, minutes from the beach, shopping, and dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
