TY RUGELL - Large family house close to the sea

Come and discover the TY RUGELL house, a large 160m² family home located just a stone's throw from the dunes of Sainte-Marguerite, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and fine sand.

As soon as you enter, you enter a very spacious room, the ground floor is almost completely open: to the left you will find a large, comfortable and beautifully decorated living room. To the right is the dining room, opening onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen - an ideal place to share your meals when you return from a beautiful hike along the GR34!
From the kitchen, you can also access a small terrace leading to the garden. Here you'll find all the equipment you need to enjoy a meal with friends over a barbecue on a fine summer's evening.

When you go upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you. The first has a 160x200 double bed with a view of Aber Wrac'h, while the second is more of a children's bedroom with 2 single beds. On this level you'll also find a bathroom with shower, a separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the top floor, the spacious master suite features a large bedroom, a large dressing room and an en suite shower room to complete the space.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays d'Iroise and Pays des Abers: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Mathieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
Children will also find nearby: the 3 Curés playground (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Golf des Abers.
