Wireless internet access is provided in the clubhouse and in the pool area. You will also find tennis and volleyball courts and a playground for children.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Paradise Palms Resort houses is conducted weekly on Tuesdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
PARKING
1. For townhomes, there is one reserved spot per unit. Guests may park additional vehicles in any spot that is not reserved, as well as in the overflow lot by the clubhouse.
2. Single family homes may park one car in their garage, and one in their driveway
3. Parking pass will be issued at the main gate, and must remain in vehicle to be displayed on windshield for duration of stay.
4. Currently, there is a maximum of 5 vehicles per property.
CLUBHOUSE
5. amenities include: the pool, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and pickle ball courts.
6. clubhouse which has a fitness center, sundry shop, movie theater, restaurant & bar, and game room.
7. The clubhouse is open from 7am-10pm daily.
TRASH
8. Trash must be placed daily inside the bench by 7am.
9. All trash must be bagged and tied. DO NOT PLACE UN-BAGGED TRASH IN BENCH.
10. Please use quality 12-13 gallon kitchen tall trash bags.
11. All trash bags should be placed completely inside the container with the lid closed. Do not set trash bags outside or on top of container. Additional trash bags are required to be taken to the community dumpster.
12. No liquids in your trash bags, please.
13. Boxes and large items should be broken down and placed in trash bags or taken to the community dumpster. Boxes and large items cannot be collected.
14. Hazardous materials and/or sharp objects (including: broken glass, medical needles, etc.) should be placed in separate protective container, double bagged, and personally disposed of by resident at the designated community area (dumpster or compactor areas).
