The living room has a two large dark grey sofas, a matching armchair, a coffee table, a TV unit with a TV on top, and beautiful wall art and decorations.
The room offers panoramic views over the city, thanks to the extensive floor-to-ceiling glass doors. It also grants access to a private balcony, in which you will find a table and two chairs, for your to enjoy the beautiful views of Dubai from above.
Next to the living room is a cozy dining room, with a round table and 4 chairs. It is nested next to the unique open kitchen, which is beautifully furnished with dark grey cabinets and black countertops, with hidden LED lights.

The kitchen at the apartment is all inclusive, as it has all the equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, stove, hot water kettle, and more.
Inside are the two bedrooms; one includes a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens, two night tables, a black wardrobe, and a TV hanged on the wall. The room has panoramic glass windows overlooking beautiful scenery. The room has a private bathroom with elegant shower cabin, wash basin, toilet, and bathroom amenities.

The Marina Torch has 86 stories above ground, and its name is inspired by its swirling tip, which complements the whole facade in blue and white tones. Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.
